1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak times or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

• Exact shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

3. Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

• Prepaid (Online Payment via UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across India on eligible products and locations.

Note: Additional charges may apply for COD orders depending on your location.

4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your package using the courier’s official tracking portal.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability of the recipient:

• The order may be returned to us.

• We will contact you to confirm if you wish to have it reshipped (reshipping charges may apply).

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel is damaged or missing:

• Please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

• You can also write to us at support@kashvivastrakosh.com within 48 hours of receiving the package or expected delivery date.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped within India only.
