At Kashvi Vastrakosh, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, washed, or damaged

• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

• The product was purchased during a sale or marked as “non-returnable”

• Once the return/exchange/replacement product is received it will be inspected and the return/ exchange/replacement will be delivered
  within 2 days

2. Return Process

We will guide you through the return process. Please ensure the package is securely packed and includes the order details.

Note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original method of payment

• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

In case of prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, the refund will be issued immediately.

4. Exchanges

We offer replacements only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or made-to-order items

• Items purchased during clearance sales

• Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
